The entries should be a transparent GIF. If you don't know how to make things transparent, send it as a BMP, and I will do it for you. No JPGs, please.

You don't need to have a website to enter a contest, but you do need to have a valid e-mail address.

Animation is allowed, but please keep it to a minimum.

No Frankendolling/stealing other peoples work.

No entries larger than 300x300 pixels.
